Markets in Ibiza

The island of Ibiza has markets to visit throughout the year. In them you can see the artistic roots of 60 years, at which time the painters, designers and craftsmen were installed for inspiration, express themselves and enjoy the surroundings. All of this essence can be seen in the markets which are held all over the island.

 

Then we showed you some of the markets, so if you come to Ibiza you can not miss…

 

Hippy Market “Las Dalias”

Day by day this market continues to be one of the meeting points for the hippies bohemians. Offers a wide range of fashion, leather goods, oil painting and craft jewelry, made the vast majority of artists and designers from the island. Furthermore you can enjoy performances of pampering, live music, tea or take a natural juice in one of its bars.

It’s located in and around the Restaurant Las Dalias, in the north of the island.

It’s open every Saturday of the year. From May to October from 10:00 to 20:00h, November to April from 10:00 to 18:00h. In summer you can also enjoy the flea market on Monday and Tuesday evenings and Sundays in August.

For those who want to come to the island for Holy Week from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 April, the flea market will be open from 10:00 to 19:00h.

 

Hippy Market “Punta Arabí”

It is the largest flea market and natural heritage of the island. It has a great many posts with articles from all over the world. You can also find an area where children can make their own souvenir , and of course the flea market offers bars and restaurants where you can eat or relax to the rhythm of the drums and live music.

It’s located in Es Cana in the Club Punta Arabi.

It’s open on Wednesdays from April to October from 10:00 to 18:00h.

 

Sunday Market “San Juan”

In this flea market that has gained popularity over the years, you can find from foods and beverages produced in the surrounding area, organic bath items, clothing and accessories a path of purchases from 12 noon is accompanied by live music.

It’s located in the village of San Juan.

It’s celebrated every Sunday of the year from 10:00 to 16:00h.

 

Ibiza has many more markets that do not go unnoticed and are held to the street, where any day you are one of them and you can’t resist passing by without standing in any of their shop markets.
